1. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or broken.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item is significantly different from its description.
To qualify for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices must be retained.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are generally not eligible for return:
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Beauty products that have been opened or used
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order ID along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review the request and provide a resolution.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team.
- Provide your Order ID and reason for return.
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
- The item may be picked up by our logistics partner or shipped back as instructed.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued after the returned item passes quality inspection.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Timelines
- UPI Refunds: 3–7 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
- Net Banking: 5–10 business days
- Wallet Payments: 3–7 business days
- COD Orders: Refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the standard return process will apply.
7. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for:
- Different size
- Replacement of defective product
- Incorrect product received
Exchange availability depends on stock availability.
8. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by Shopneex.
- For other eligible returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
9. Refund Approval
Refunds may be declined if:
- The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
- Original packaging or accessories are missing.
- The return request falls outside the eligible return period.
- The product is listed as non-returnable.
